Synopsis:
Kadın cinsel tatmininin gizemli alanına giren Deep Waters, kadınlar tarafından bile hakkında çok az şey bilinen bir fenomen olan, kadın orgazmının doruk noktasında ortaya çıkan «çeşmeler»(fountains) ile ilgilenir. Ataerkil düzen tarafından baskı altına alınmış kadın vücudu ve cinselliği, Yüzyıllar boyu «terra incognita»(keşfedilmemiş diyar) olarak kalmıştır. Deep Waters, kelimelerin serbest bırakıldığı ve paylaşıldığı nadir ve değerli alanlara kapılar açmaktadır.
Plunging into the mysterious territory of feminine sexual pleasure, Deep Waters concerns the « fountains » which sometimes gush forth at the moment of sexual climax. Little is known about this phenomenon, even by women themselves.... Disconnected from our bodies and our desires by centuries of patriarchal oppression, the land of feminine pleasures has remained very much « terra incognita ». Deep Waters opens the door on rare and precious spaces where where words are freed and shared... Travelling through our imagination, we allow ourselves to explore, to play; and thus to nourish and
reestablish a rich and joyful feminine sexuality, rediscovering it's full depth.
Bio:
Alice Heit is a textile designer, engraver, filmmaker, born in 1981 She is a graduate of the National Textile Art school and the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts in Paris. Her works have been exhibited many times in Paris, and her first super 8 short film was presented during the "Etats généraux du film documentaire de Lussas" in August 2012 She works mostly with super 8 films (color or black and white),
which she develops herself by hand.
