This terrible city is now a quarantined prison of America. Air Force One, the US president's plane, is hijacked by terrorists; Meanwhile, the president falls into New York City using the escape capsule. Somehow the president has to be rescued from this chaotic city. The person who will save him will be Snake Pliskin, a former soldier. Pliskin must accept this agreement for his freedom.
